We accept exchanges within 3 days of the date of delivery. Please email us on hello@royalpitarah.com or whatsapp us on +91 9999193219 with the order number and product picture. Return/Exchange requests email should have order reference no. and image of the damaged / tampered / incorrect product. After the email confirmation is sent to you, please send us the product back. Once the package reaches us and undergoes checking to ensure the articles are unused, we will ship your new order.
